FLL Teams!

We are super excited to announce the formation of two FIRST LEGO League Teams, Team 44451 The WorHawks and Team 44452 The HawkBots! They are going to be building at Worthington Hills Elementary School and The WorBots are stoked about being able to mentor and guide these future engineers. We welcome you to the FIRST community and hope this is a place where you can grow, and grow, and grow!

Turning Pens, Giving Back

The WorBots were able to participate in the annual event called Turn for Troops at a local shop called Woodcraft. We made pens, wrote notes, and now, they are going to be given to veterans going on the Honor Flight, or soldiers serving abroad. Thank you to all the men and women who sacrificed so much so that we can have our freedom. These pens show only a little of the appreciation we have for you! 🇺🇸

WorBots for Humanity

In order to help give back to the community, the WorBots volunteered at Habitat for Humanity. We spent the time digging holes, planting, mulching, and having fun. Many blisters and smiles were made that day! Thank you to all of the WorBots who participated–the house looks amazing!

Middle School Robotics Competition

Well done to all of the middle school robotics kids for competing in the first annual middle school robotics competition! Thank you all for participating! And thank you to the WorBots for helping to run the competition. We love seeing the future WorBots grow! Also a special shout out to the brand new FTC Team #16284 The 8-Bit Bandits! Congratulations on joining the FIRST community!

WorBots Buckeye Regional WINNERS

Congratulations to the WorBots for winning the Buckeye Regional two years in a row! This qualifies us to attend the Championships competition in Detroit, Michigan! We are super excited to go to Detroit again to compete with so many other amazing teams. Special shoutout to Team 48 E.L.I.T.E. and Team 4028 The Beak Squad for picking us to be on their alliance. We couldn’t have done it without you guys! See you at CHAMPIONSHIPS!!
